Photography

Last week in class, at philosophy of fashion, the teacher gave to us a homework that was about searching some photographers, and write about the two or three we most liked, and how we had to give anotheeeeeeer homework - a dictionary- I did this one of the photographers all fast, and couldn't sleep at all, and when we were in class this morning, she asked us "I send to you the homework of the photographers, right?" and us "yes", her "okay okay, but it is for the next week" everyone but me "yes". Wish I had a better memory....................

Anyway, I did it already. And I found these amazing pictures of these photographers..

Model: Anja Rubik. For Vogue Paris, June/July 09, by Terry Richardson.

This one is an amazing shot in every way you can see it, her happinness is expressed by the clothes, colors, accesories, and how can we ignore the skates and EIFFEL TOWER? I'm in love with Paris, I have to say.

Model: Natalia Vodionova. For Vogue US, December 03, by Annie Leibovitz.

How perfectly humanized this picture is? Is between my favourites because I love Alice in Wonderland, and when I saw this one was surprising. The frustating face of the model is perfect for the situation. The dress is beautiful, the blue is refined, the silk goes at the point.

Model: Natalia Vodianova. For Vogue Italy, 2005 May, by Steven Meisel.

I mean, look at her hair, the stylist definitely did an amazing work, it caught me. The way the light plays with her profile, one side dark and the other illuminated.

Model: Cato Van Ee. For Vogue Germany, May 10, by Patrick Demarchelier.

I keep with the hair thing, I told myself I HAVE to do that braid some day, when I get a lot of more hair, of course...... A bit similar with the one before, both are editorial pictures more like self-portraits, and black & white (favourites). A bit rebel-wild style.

And there are more, maybe I will post them one day..
